Index table is used to transport precision products with the indexing slots around the ring in testing/taping machine. For testing machine, the index table is a carrier mainly used to test on the electrical properties of electronic components such as capacitance, insulation, resistance and withstand voltage resistor, capacitor, and inductance. On the other hand, for taping machine, the index table holds the MLCC in the indexing slots, then rotates and indexes into the designated taping strip according to the size and quantity requirements. Mostly used for chip component tape packaging.
Application:
The main functions of the index tables are applied in the testing/taping machines to:
- Deliver products in the circumferential/straight direction
- Achieve precision segmentation for the products
