        After measurement, we compile detailed measurement reports to clearly present the results to our customers. These reports include measurement data, charts, and analysis results, allowing customers to fully understand the precision and quality of the products.          Axcel 2.5 and 3-dimensional common coordinate measuring system (CMM) integrates two different systems and coordinates, especially in precision measurement and quality control. These systems can provide high-precision measurement results and can be seamlessly integrated with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems and perform post-measurement calculations directly in two different systems, thereby improving measurement efficiency and quality.

         The measurement systems of the Axcel series usually have automated functions and can perform fast and accurate measurements. These systems are designed with user needs in mind, providing a friendly operating interface and flexible measurement options suitable for a variety of application scenarios. In particular, the 3D measurement system can capture the three-dimensional shape of the object and generate detailed data reports, which is particularly important for the inspection of complex parts.

         Axcel’s measurement system can be integrated with CAM software to automate the entire process from design to manufacturing. Such integration not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces human errors and ensures product consistency and quality.
