Types of Zirconia

Fully Stabilized Zirconia (FSZ)
FSZ has a fully cubic crystal structure but lower mechanical properties.

Zirconia Toughened Ceramics (ZTC)
ZTC combines Zirconia with materials like Al2O3 or Si3N4 to enhance toughness and strength.

Partially Stabilized Zirconia (PSZ)
PSZ, manufactured by LONGYI, includes Y2O3 to create a tetragonal phase. This phase transformation toughening improves toughness and durability.

Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystals (TZP)
TZP integrates Y2O3-ZrO2, offering superior strength, toughness, and chemical stability. TZP is widely used in structural and biomedical fields.
